Lwazilwenkosi Mdluli is a movement based facilitator whose work focuses on body awareness, somatic practice, breathwork and de-rolling techniques for performers. His sessions create grounded spaces that centre physical presence, emotional release, and mindful preparation for creative work.
Lwazi trained at the Market Theatre Laboratory (2024–2025) and is a member of the award-winning Afropocalypse Ensemble, recipients of the Gold Ovation Award at the National Arts Festival. His background as a theatre-maker and actor deeply informs his facilitation style.
Lwazi’s work is rooted in the belief that mindful bodies create truthful performers.
